RCE removal problem

Just ripped The One and its almost ready to burn. However, there is RCE checking in the VIDEO_TS.IFO. I've removed RCE on a few titles before, but I don't fully understand what to change it to on this title. The code is this:

Set GPreg<9> mov SPreg<player region code>
Set GPreg<9> and (set-val) 255
If GPreg<9> == (cmp-val)<4> then (LinkPGCN) Link PGC 3
Set GPreg<13> mov (set-val)<1>
Break

I think this was a region 1 and 3 disc, so don't understand where the 4 comes from. And extactly what does Break do? The film plays fine using IfoEdit and with WinDVD4+, except on WinDVD when I click on some of the menus it just comes up Stop.

Should I just NOP the check or change it to LinkPGCN Link PGC 3?

Also, IfoEdit 0.932 appears to be serioiusly broke and I've deleted 0.91, so can anyone tell me where to get 0.91 from?

the easiet way to remove rce was to rip it to the drive then open the ifo up in the region patch bit in dvdecrytor & pat the ifo & bup files... found this easier than ifoedit as it didnt even remove it to me like.
