    After cutting two files together (two mpegs) with TMPGEnc, there sometimes are many small square black boxes between the picture of the 1st movie and the picture of the 2nd movie (when i play it with PowerDVD).
    How can i fix this?

    Can I cut mpegs with VirtualDub without decoding them to .avi? (without quallity-lost)

    Try demuxing and remuxing again.
    Also try VCDGEAR to repair.

    Can't cut MPEGs in Vdub.
