Vest Software to use to rip a dvd

What is the best oftware to rip a dvd and can you put them in order pls and where can i find a uide that has all of them

Depends if you want SVCD or VCD.

If your DVD can play them, SVCD is excellent. Better picture quality and better sound. On the downside you dont fit as much onto each CD but that in part is why the quality is better.....
