Svcd Not centered on Tv

When i make a svcd whhen i put it on my tv fromn my comp useing my s-id the pic is off center what can i do to fix this

o the pi is like up to high or to low just a little..

More detail required.............
But it may be your using the wrong resolution. I have a Geforce2 MX400 with Tv out. Using Twinview the screen is only correct if I use 800x600 resolution. In other resolutions its either on one side or too small etc. Experiment with different resolutions may be your answer.
