I am using Xing MPEG Encoder, but when i try to encode .avi files i get the following error:
"The video data rate is too low to encode this file.
Try encoding again using a profile with a higher video data rate."
I am using Windows 98, i am encoding [video] using a divx .avi and [sound] an uncompressed WAV audio.
I have tried encoding into PAL, NTSC and even MPEG 1: Match Source, but i get the same error each time.
Can anyone please help me resolve this problem?
Many thanks.
