  3. Just out of curiousity, can the ASPI installation portion be overridden? My ASPI is working fine, and I really don't want to mess with it

But, I'd like to try the program.

  4. I have now made 3 vcd's with this and it is absolutely excellent. Well done on a great job. The only thing I wondered is can you add a bit to control the MPEG Tools section of TMPGEnc so that you would just put in the type of CDR (e.g. 80min) that you are burning to and it then cuts the mpeg for you as part of the automated process?

    Thanks

    Chris

  5. automatic cutting will be included in a future relese, but not for a while yet (probly about a month or more) as i am busy trying to get it so you can select which program chain you want to rip off the dvd and also make "Eazy VCD" automaticly display the names of the audio streams so you can select a different language with ease.

anyhow, I'm glad you like the software, and thanks for your comments.

    Hi again!
    Just a question for dick_p_t!
I've already said what an excellent program this is! I was using CladXP before, but found that the picture was jerky and robotic, also when i was encoding AVI's, using Eazy VCD, there is no jerkiness!
My question is, how do i stop the jerkiness? Obviously it is something to do with the settings, and you've got them configured correctly, so could you let me know what settings you set TMPEGenc at please!
Any advice is mucho appreciated, and keep up the good work! Looking forward to new edition! 8)

  7. The settings are the same as the VCD (PAL) and VCD (NTSC) templates.

The only thing that is changed is the 'sorce aspect ratio' and the 'Motion Search Speed' that you set in "Eazy VCD"

I've been putting it in "normal" or "high quality", is this wrong, and what source ratio do you use?

  9. TMPGEnc uses what ever you set "Aspect Ratio" to in "Eazy VCD"
and same with "Motion Search Speed".
