Hi,
I've captured a lot of video with Adobe Premiere 6.0 from my digitial video camera. I've captured and saved them in the standard Microsoft DV (PAL) settings.
Compressor: Microsoft DV (PAL)
Frame size: 720x576
Pixel Aspect Ratio: D1/DV PAL (1.067)
Frame Rate 25.00
Depth: Millions Quality 100%
Audio
Rate: 48000, Format 16 - Stereo
Then i've tried to convert these files using TMPGEnc (version 2.57) to MPEG-2 (SVCD). TMPGEnc then gives the error "can not open or unsupported", as it said in the FAQ i (re)installed all divx codes and the nimo pack and some other avi codecs, but still the same error.
I've also tried using LSX-MPEG 3.5...same problem.
Actually it's gotten worse...after i installed all those codecs even the MS player crashes when i try to play the avi files giving the error: "Wmplayer has caused an error in MMSWITCH.AX".
I think some codec corrupted the MS player, so i'll re-install the player, but which codec or program should i use to be able to convert these avi files to SVCD?
Thanks in advance!!!
