  1. I DOWNLOAD A MOVIE BUT THE MOVIE IS SPLIT TO 2 FILES
    AS MPEG TYPE.
    I WONT TO JOIN THE FILES INTO ONE FILE AND THEN CONVERT HIM TO SVCD MOVIE AND THEN CUT HIM SO I CEN BURN IT TO CD.
    WHAT IS THE CORRECT ORDER WHICH I HAVE TO DO?

    Look at the pages on this site for AUTHOR to burn to CDR - freeware VCDeasy should work for you or buy Nero.

  3. solet: Why would you want to convert a MPEG file to SVCD? If the MPEG file you download off the internet is an MPEG1 converting it to an MPEG2 (SVCD) will not give you better quality it'll just be worst since MPEG is a lossy compression format. You're better off just burning the MPEG file as a standard VCD then to convert. Any player that can play SVCD can play VCD.
