i downloaded a movie that was shot with a camcorder in the theatre, is there a way to make the movie clearer than it already is or is that it

is there a way to make the movie clearer than it already is or is that it

So its already clear then , No you can try messing about with filters in Vdub for the AVI, or TMPGEnc. It does add to the conversion time, but at the end of the day its not worth messing about, you wont turn rubbish into good frames.
