i was told that after i download a avi file lets say from kazaa i can change the way the movie looks by that i mean enhance or clear up a bad movie make it look almost like a dvd rip by changing the bitrate with a program such as TMPGE. Is this true or was i fed a lot of bull from a certain source? for instance i downloaded two bad avi files they were TS. movies were triple XXX and minority report sound is good but picture quality is horrible you know the typical TS avi more than likely cam shot. i was also told that if its a bin file already a vcd or svcd nothing can be done with it as far as picture quality or enhancement its been already formatted. please reply on this thanks
