    i was looking around this site and found TSCV and it does all that i want it to, but when i go to create the .bin file, it says it is finished but i can't find the file where i put it. it click on the output bin setting and type in a file name and where i want it. then i say convert to cue/bin but after that when it says finished, i cant find it. any suggestions? im using v 0.54b rel 4.

    What are the specs on your input files? I suspect TSCV/VCDImager dislikes off-spec MPEGs.

    i used Tmpgenc VCD(NTSC) template but i used Cq_VBR and i put encoded it in 16:9 525 (NTSC) aspect ratio. it is now 352x288 with audio at 192kps
