Just send a mail to Roxio to ask if Videopack 5 was already available. This is the reply:

    Dear Mr. XXXXXXX,

Videopack will be here half until the end of september.

    Kind regards

    Simone Kollak

Well I think end of September earliest. It does look very promising though !

Excuse me ???? As if any American software producer has never extended their delivery dates ?????!!!!!

I think the Germans are actualy a LOT better at creating good, efficient software. Take a look at NERO and WinOnCD 3.8. They both toast the one American CD burner "program" called Easy CD destructor. Look at the size of that monster !
Americans still seem to think big is better....

O and no I am _not_ German.

But I like German software ever since they _did_ see the potential of the Atari ST line and produced very good software for it.

Half august. You probably didn't know since this info was released through the German Roxio site only (previously Cequadrat of course).

Well, some of my best relatives are German, and I can tell you that although they hate to be late, they hate even more to not do things right. They are very anal!

Be glad. If you have any experience with Pinnacle (American), you know what they did to the products from an ex-German company called Miro.
