I have ripped a movie with Clad, converted with DVD2AVI and now I want to compress the file with TmpgEnc to SVCD. Normally it is no problem. But now everytime I use it, at the end of the compressing period, Tmpenc shows me the message: "Stream Reading Error"...WHAT the hell is that??? The same happens when I want to cut a movie in Tmpenc
I have: WIN XP Prof, AMD 1800XP, 768 MB DDR...

I think it means that the place were you're trying to save your movie is insufficient!
take a look if there is enough diskspace -
This happens with SVCD using v.2.57. Go back to 2.56 until they fix this bug. 8)

I now use version 2.6 and it works...There really is a bug in the newer version...Thanxz

has this error been fixed in the new 2.58 versions? I think i have experienced this problem but i was told what it said and didn't get to see it for myself.
