I sent this message to Dazzle's support probably 4 days ago. I was wondering if anyone could help me. This program worked for about 10 days, but now it doesn't work anymore. My computer has been checked by the professional techs where I work for virusses and to make sure my hard drive and memory was ok. All checked out good. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Moviestar 4.24 with no avail. I am using Windows XP... Can anyone help me??![]()
--------------
The instruction at 0x73dd1351 referenced memory at 0x0000000004. The memory could not be read. I have been getting this error for a couple of days now. I took my cpu in to have it checked out by the Gateway technicians where I have my warranty, but to no avail. They say there is nothing wrong with my computer after running numerous tests. I have defragged and run scan disk on my cpu with no errors coming up. I have uninstalled this program numerous times and reinstalled it on 2 different hard drives, but I am getting the same error. I am using Windows XP and Movie Creator 4.24. I do not know what to do considering this had been working for about a week but now it is not working whatsoever. Can you help me?
