burning a svcd from an image file

i download a movie that is a cdrom image file, it opens with winiso...how do i get the movie from it, im dazed and confused, please..its in svcd format and i extracted one of the files from winiso and tried to play it but it didnt work, if you want screen shots let me know and i can get them to you, here are some pics:

the images will load but im really tired and dont feell like hosting then, cut and paste in add bar yawn

Don't know aboy winiso but I use isobuster for this very purpose, take a look at this thread for more info:

Well this is a SVCD, so why can you just look for the large file, what ever its called...

Anyway open it in WinIso and just extract everything you see the only thing that big is the video anyway :

Right click on MPEG2 (Folder and select extract)

If you extracted the mpeg 2 file and it wont play, you need to install a Mpeg 2 codec, install Power DVD 4, and that will provide it.
