Anyone have any luck burning a DVD-R/RW full of mp3 files, so you
can play it back on your standalone player?

This article got me thinking about it...

And, what format did you burn it with in NERO?
    DVD-ROM?

Did you use directories for the MP3 files? Or are they all in the
    root directory?

I've tried using the latest version of NERO, and Prassi Primo DVD.
I've tried with and without directories, but nothing works. I get
DISC errors on both my Toshiba SD-5700 and my Malata DVP-520
