    can anybody tell me which is the best vcd playing software? or can anybody recommend some of them for me? cauz I can't play some on media player, but works fine on xing and vice versa.

    I think the two best DVD/VCD playback software would defenetly be CyberLink's PowerDVD v3.0 and InterVideo WinDVD v3.0, unfortunatly they are both not freeware.
