Can We Trade? (Attn: Moderators)

This site is a great place to get help and exchange info. I learned a lot from here and have made a lot SVCDs with top-notch quality (I think)
But there are still many DVDs I hope to convert, but unable to find. There might be many people like myself. So my question is, what is the policy here on trade and discussion about trade?

The idea I have is that users can list their S/VCDs to see if others are interested in trading. This can help people find stuff they want and save time and money. Do we have some policy on this?

Simple answer:

You may trade ORIGINAL stuff,but not copied stufff. if you trade an original and own a copy you must destroy the copy.

It is ultimately up to Baldrick (the site admin) of course, but I think that trading any S/VCD that isn't original content is not a good idea.
