How can one lessen or prevent pixelization from occuring in one's vcd? I use storms mpegencoder but i still get a lot of pixels especially with certain footages.

1. Use a better MPEG encoder (e.g., TMPGEnc or Panasonic MPEG Encoder)
2. Do some filtering +/- noise reduction of your video beforehand (you can usually do this as settings on your MPEG encoder).
