    Can someone please tell me if there is a program that will take my m2v video file and wav audio and combine them into a single mpeg2 format file.

    http://www.doom9.org/Soft21/Audio/toolame-02i.zip
    http://www.doom9.org/Soft21/Audio/toolamegui.zip
    use the above programs to encode the wav to an .mp2 format(etract both to the same folder and use toolamegui)

    then use tmpgenc to combine the .m2v and .mp2 files together
