  1. when i download a divx from the web and take the audio out with virtual dub and the convert it with tmpegenc, sometimes the video doesnt match up with the audio during some points in the movie. (ex. when i ripped colateral damage, the whole thing was messed up, and when i ripped office space it didnt start til the second disc.) any idea why this is happening? And what i can do to fix it? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    thanks.

  3. wheel i had the same problem, I am guessing it has something to do with the collateral damage divx, b/c it usually works fine. But I figured out why it did it. The audio file needs 7 seconds of no play in the begging to be synced with the video and for some reason virtual dub only takes 1 second of it..

  4. found out how to fix it, in tmpgenc, you use the "audio gap correct" feature in the source range window.
