If I want to record my movie from pc to vcr (analog out from a tnt2) can I use any movie-resolution (352x288X25) - of course in fullscreen, or do I have to render the movie to 320x240x25 for PAL?

Just what do you think will happen when he does send that NTSC ressed video to his PAL TV? I am very interested in the results.

Well for a VCR I imagine you would want to use more then 1150kbits for your bitrate unless you want blocky video.
