I made an SVCD via DVD2SVCD w/CCE, and the video stutters...to further detail, my DVD player isn't SVCD compatible so I used tmpg to give it mpeg1 headers and burned it as a vcd, the work around suggested on vcdhelp.com, I did the same with the SVCD sample on the website, and it plays fine...any suggestions?
