TV Wonder VE Help Requested

I'm new to the forum and have a problem I hope someone can help me with. I did search the forums and found some info which I used, but the problem still exists. I purchased a TV Wonder VE card and it is not being recognized by other capturing programs(Virtualdub, etc.).

I have installed MMC 7.1, video driver 4.12.6292 (I have an ATI Xpert 2000 32mb), and I used the vfw-wdm wrapper. I also have DX8 and the DX video capture update installed. After all of this, I still get the capture device not detected series of error messages on 3rd party capture programs. MMC 7.1 works fine. Does anyone have any further ideas?

My system info is Athlon 750 MHz, 320MB ram, Xpert 2000, Win 98SE, Maxtor 20GB HD.

Hate to this but no capture programs will work with MMC 7.1
I found this out when I upgraded the ATI software 3 weeks back.

You either have to use the old software or capture with only the TAI software using something like the Huffy codec for AVI or there settings for other things things.

Have AIW 128 pro with similar problem, installed MMC 6.3, Install MMC 7.1, remove MMC 6.3. Vdub, Mainactor, etc now can capture video but no audio, any ideas?
