VcdEasy burning problem

I want to use VcdEasy to burn a vcd (looking to get chapters, which Nero doesn't do). All goes well until the end of the burn. I get an error that the media cannot be ejected, and the computer locks-up (have to do a power-down to restore it), then I usually have a coaster.

Burner is an older HP CD Writer Plus (model - c4463-690001/60001, which doesn't seem to match any model numbering scheme on the vcdeasy site). I've tried most of the drivers. Thanks.

i had the same problem last night. i ran the mpeg i was trying to burn as a vcd through TMPGEnc to try and repair it after that i use the new repaired file and all was well.
