i use the software dvd plus 3.8 which contains smartripper,dvdx,vcdeasyi rp the movie with no problems but when i play it on my standalone dvd player the whole movie plays but it has the director talking about the movie instead of the actors talking what im i doing wrong the two movie i made came out this way (training day and 13 ghost)

Now that is a strange DVD player you got there, never heard about something like that . Stupid question, when you have the MPEG, does that one play the sound that it should be? Are you using MPEG 1 or 2(=VCD or SVCD)?

In DVDx make sure in the language section u have chosen the right audio track. Normally the first 1 in the list is the movie track them the directors comment (2channel) then foreign languages, u prob selected the wrong one.
