When i capture to mpeg 2 w/ ATI's packaged software (i got it to work cleanly a few times and was very satisfied), the video has this blue and red artifacty type fuzz all over it... I dont know why its there and i'd love to know how to prevent it from appearing. It seems to only appear on videos longer than 2 minutes. any help appreciated, thanks in advance.
