  1. Is there a way to remove censer beeps which blocks out cruse words from a Real Media or MPEG video?

    You could edit the audio so that when there should be a beep, there is silence. Try Gold Wave.

    That is your problem, the beep replaces the word.

    Yes record all the words that are missing with your microphone, then paste them on top of the beep
