I'm having problems with Pulp Fiction. I just bought it the other day. At around chapter 26 the video gets distorted, but the dvd seems to work fine in my computer!
Has anyone else had this problem?!?
I'm thinking of taking it back and getting an Apex. But my friend had problems with dvd playback(Independence Day on an AD-600a. Do the newer Apex models, like the AD-1500 still have problems with dvd playback, or have the fixed the problem????

Yes, I have a 343 and there are places on some DVD's that get blocky and then recover. Same DVD plays fine on computer.
I often have a fairly noticeable pause at the end of each chapter.

STAY AWAY FROM APEX! Pioneer is the best by far, try cleaning the disc again or take it back for a replacement. Apex's are buggy, at least the ones ive dealt with
