I am using an ATI AIW 128 Pro to capture Mpeg2 Video at 15Mb/s I-Frame only.
I then try to load the file into TMPG and it will not allow me to select the source range. It`s as if it only recognises the first frame in the clip.
The clip plays fine in Windows Media Player.
I`m running WinXP, MMC 7.6 and have installed Stinky`s Mpeg 2 codecs for MMC but still no luck.
Can anyone help me ?

You'll need to run the mp2 file thru DVD2AVI and create a project. Then open the project file thru TMPGEnc and encode til your heart's content. I have the same card and that's the way it works for me
