looks like it might be similar to Kwags templates --- http://www.kvcd.net/......

    (rough translation)

"MVCD is a Template for TMPGEnc. With MVCD, it is possible to 130min. high scattering film in MPEG1 to burn on a CD. The solutions of the Templates go of 352X288 (VCD) until 720X576 (DVD).

These Templates were tested on different Standalone-Players and ran flawlessly! NOTE In Nero the option "Standartgemäße CD not produce" activate!

As a source material, a 14,3Mb of large 41Sek became is indicated. long THX-Trailer (25fps, 720x576, PAL) relatedly in example pictures respectively the total file size in Mb"

@Nelson37 - I think that he/she is just giving the spec for the source material used for encoding (14.3Mb THX-Trailer, 25fps, 720x576, PAL) and compares them to screenshots of the output files, and the file sizes of the encoded output.
@pinheads_hell - I haven't tried it, but I might give it a shot this weekend - the comparison screeshots on the website look pretty good....
    You can't fool me, I'm a moron!
