First its the subtitle. I have ripped them using subrip as bmp. Then I imported them into DVDMaestro and in the subtitle-editor there I see my subtitles as white text with red background. So my question is how do I correct it so I can see white text with my movie without going through each subtitle image and change color 4 (the red one) opacity level to 0.
And secondly, how do I correct audiosync in Maestro. Because I had to re-encode the movie, I process the audio from DVD2AVI. The AC-3 file I got from it said audio delay -12 ms.

Go to where you can change the color for ONE subtitle. Instead of changing the color, change the palette of the red color to whatever you want. Since the palette is changed and your entire subtitle color were based on the palette, that's a global change.
