    i was just wondering, what is the general size of a divx file downloaded from the net in order to make a decent quality vcd out of it?
    500mb?
    1000mb?

    Judging ONLY by the filesize is a bad idea.

    I saw movies with 2x700 MB which had really BAD quality, and others with 600-700 MB which were GREAT...

    Just look for 2x700mb with AC3 DVDrip in the filename, 99% of these will be excellent...
