I have a Dazzle Digtal Video Creator thinggy that use to work fine until I got a cable modem.
both the cable modem and the Dazzle device use the USB input on the back of the computer.
I've tried disabling the cable modem in preferences and all kinds of other things but it still doesn't read the Dazzle device.
I also use an ATI all in wonder card that never conflicted with my Dazzle device.
my problems seem to stem from installing the cable modem
any suggestions??

You obviously have a conflict between resources on the USB ports. Have you checked Dazzle's support area for any recommendations in running it in tandem on the USB with another device.
Next step, uninstall cable modem, get Dazzle working again. Then begin re-installing the modem step by step checking the Dazzle along the way to find the conflict, then address it at that time~~~Spidey~~~

I've tried to uninstall the modem, and I've looked at the Dazzle web site but their suggestions don't work
it might be a lost cause.
It was a great little device too! no squiggly lines from interlaced VHS tapes and no problems with macrovision
