  1. Hi, I tried to convert a divx file using tmpgenc, but audio and video are out of sync (about 3 seconds from the start). The divx file has no bad frames (checked with tmpgenc). I seperated the audio track (saved as .wav, 44100 khz), and used tmpgenc to combine .wav with divx file as new avi, which is still out of sync. Any ideas?

    Second question: aspect ratio: how can I analyse the aspect ratio of a divx (avi) file?

    Last not least: my divx files are < 700 MB, should I convert to vcd with 1 or 2 CDs or svcd with 1 or 2 CDs?

    In your Option-->Envronmental settings, make sure DirectShow is set at 4, by selecting Higher Priority by right clicking the Priority box.
