    I captured some homevideos, and played the avi in some player, with 2x speed. It looked and sounded so hilarious, that now I want to make an encode like that...
    Anyone know how to do this?

    Well, if the player is full screen, you may want to try SnagIt!. It captures directly from the screen. There is a demo available.
