I need to be able to set my Dazzle DVC II to encode incoming video to the PAL VCD standard so that the VCD's I create will play in my Supertek MP-2001v portable VCD player. The Dazzle defaults to NTSC because of my geographics location and sample input video. It does not list a 352x288 PAL VCD standard because of this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Ok. Got it figured out. The dazzle auto senses incoming video and sets your output standard based on the input. So as long as I set my DVD player to output PAL the Dazzle sensed it as a PAL video signal and let me record my output to the PAL standard for VCD's. Unfortunately the Dazzle PAL VCD standard that Dazzle uses is a bit off on the apect ratio. All the other video information is correct though. To correct the aspect ratio problem (at this point) I have to run it through MGI Video wave and save it out as a PAL VCD and then all video specifications for the file are correct and will burn and play just fine in the Supertek MP-2001v unit.
Hope this helps somebody else. Took me 2 1/2 weeks to figure out how to get a home burnt disc to play in this unit. I like the unit but I don't like how picky it is about the format.
