Making an XVCD

Other than Nero can any other program make an XVCD.

Can VCDEasy do it?

If so can you give me a quick walk through or tips I need to know.

The only time I made an xsvcd was by mistake I had captured a program in dvd pal about 4000 bitrate using WinDVR.
The program I used to authorise was Ulead Movie factory.
When I was using this to authorise it gives the choice DVD, VCD, SVCD
I selected DVD, but the program told me I could not do it wrong MPEG dont know why, so I selected SVCD, it then told me the settings where too high for SVCD would I like to make an XSVCD clicked yes and it did it.

Does anyone one else if anything else can make an XVCD.

I found out my DVD player can't play SVHS apparently but it can play XVCD up to 2500kbps so I just need to find a way to make it. Preferably with some freeware but I will buy something if I have to.

I decided to try Ulead Movie factory. They ceratinly need anough patches to work in XP.

But anyways I made my first XVCD and it works perfectly.

Does anyone know where a good tutorial for this program is?
