I have just bought a Dazzle Hollywood DV-Bridge.
Is there any software that will capture on a timer, like a video recorder? So I can enter the start time/end time of a program and leave it to record.
Preferably something that works on OS X.

No one has replied, but I did a bit further research and found a solution.
A program called BTVPro, which allows DV viewing/capturing and applescripting.
I wrote a script to open the program and start recording, and another script to stop recording and close the program.
Using a schedule program to set these scripts to run at certain times, I have VCR functionality!
Works a treat. 8)
