  1. I have ripped LOTR using SmartRipper.. All OK.
    I can load, edit and save the video_ts.ifo the problem I have is...when I click on 'DVD Play' it comes up with the following:
    =======================
    2 out of 3 video streams fail to register, these are

    1-video stream
    2-Picture stream

    continuing by saying no combination of intermediate filters can be found to make the connection

    data not rendered properly??
    ========================
    PowerDVD is installed and works OK so is WinDVD. Anyone else have this problem... better still anyone able to help fix this problem..
    I need this to identify whats files are played..
    Is there another program that can tell me what files are being used????

  4. PowerDVD tells you what chapter and title as it plays. IFOEdit DVD player should work. Does it work using the ripped files before you started processing them?

  5. Nope... tried opening the IFO and using the DVD Play option straight after ripping without any further processing.

    Are there any other tools to tell you what is needed for film (apart from PowerDVD)? or a way to fix this problem in IFOEdit.?
    Any help appreciated..
