help burning vcd

i loaded my vcd 1 of 3 of lord of the rings using tmpge and it worked fine and then burned using cd creator5 but it come out very dark and blurry is there a special way to format it before the burn or is there any tricks to getting it clear

You stated that "it" worked fine. Did you mean it encoded well? Did you view the movie before burning? If so, at what speed did you then burn your file?

Lord of the rings, originally 2 AVI's would make 3 CD's in VCD format, the movie is rather dark and you should have used TMPGEnc > setting > Advanced > Simple colour correction
