I have been try to get the captures sorted ALL weekend now and have nearly suceeded.
I use PowerVCR to capture into MPEG1 PAL VCD.
The picture is not bad, but is not good.
So, I put it through TMPEG and re-encoded it to PAL VCD again, but.. problem. The picture looks alot better and is all in synce and everything! BUT, there are constant 'popping' sounds in the audio, mainly heard when 1 person is speaking.
Has anybody PLEASE any idea on this!
I would greatly appreciate ANY help thrown my way.
Cheers!
Gray

Yeah thanks for the rpely.
But its all done automaticly and is correct.
It is captured to PAL VCD, then I re-encode to PAL VCD, but the problem seems to appear with the sound on the 2nd encode.
Argh... Why?
