Hi,
I followed the guide "The newbies guide to fitting a movie on one CD using TMPGEnc" (http://www.vcdhelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=84759) to create the non-standard MPEG-1 clip. Just like to know what the max bit-rate I can set when using "2-pass VBR". In the guide, it says: "Maximum should be at least the standard which is 1150 for VCDs." Just like know what is the highest number I can use?
Thanks.

By definition, a non-standard Xvcd has no limitations. Whatever your target player or players will handle.
