Audio/video sync

I´m from Portugal and i have a problem or in decoding or in burning DVD to SVCD. I use Decrypter 3.1 and DVDx 1.5 and burn with Nero 5.5. My problem is when i play the SVCD and i want to go fwd, he goes, but when i continuos play, i lost the audio/video syncronisation. The audio start firts and then the video. I try to change several options, mas the result it's allways the same. Can anyone help me?

After I fast forward my VCDs I have to pause the video and then press play again to get the audio and video to sync up.

does the sync go out on both you PC and your DVD player, or just your DVD player?

if it just goes out on your dvd player, then it's prolly the shitty MPEG-1 decoder they put in there, i've seen a few dvd players like that, and all i can say is, try to take it back to where you got it from and get a refund. I have taken one back for my friend, it took a bit of convincing but when i started talking about bitrates and Motion Picture Encodeing Group(MPEG) he got confused(this was my plan) and gave me a refund.

but if it stuffes up on your DVD Player and on your PC. somthing went wrong with your encodeing, may i suggest check your settings and maybe try a new encodeing method.
