  1. If you do, could you tell me how to set it up where it will roll over into a new cap once you hit the 2 or 4 GB limit? I can only get about 10 minutes of video captured before it shuts off saying I reached my limit. Someone mentioned that you could set it up to roll over once it hit the limit but I dont know where to find the options for it. If anyone could help, I would really appreciate it.
I know you can use Virtualdub to do it, but it wont seems to work on my PC for some reason...
    Thanks...

  2. Hello,
Try to capture with the little but very efficient soft AVI_IO.
This soft can chain your capture into multi avi files with NO AUDIO SYNC Problem.

But any way, the real solution to deal with this 4GB limit is to format a disk partition in NTFS (and then nomore limit ... but your disk space).

  3. Thanks Keshni,
I'll check out AVI_IO. I wish that Vegas Video 3 did this though since that what I want to use.
I dont know much about formatting HD space. So I think I'll leave that option out.
I have two HD's in my PC. The second one is 30 GB with about 22 GB open. I dont know if I could even format to NTFS with that amount of space using WinME or not. Sounds like a mess to me!
    Thanks though,
    Chris

I second what the other guy said about AVI_IO, which is excellent. That program is not free however, but there is a program called 'freeVCR' which you can download from here

This can capture in segments very easily and simply. All the settings are displayed on one screen, with no menu's to scroll through. It can capture very well, keeping video and audio in sync for long periods of time. It has a few other good features, but suffice to say it is dead simple to use and very effective.

    Cheers,
