    I have made a capture in DV(720x576) with Canopus ADVC-100. (Great, I recommend it !)
    and i will convert in divx.
    Which format and parameter to choose for the best quality in PAL ?
    Do I have to de-interlace ?

    Hello,
    Please try VirtualDub, first to apply a filter to de-interlace, and then to choose any DivX codec you want to encode your video.
