    I'm having trouble using Dscaler. About 8 out of 10 times I run it after a few seconds I start getting a windows error chime and my machine is locked up. I can't exit Dscaler or access any other progs and the only way out is to reset.

    Any ideas anyone?

    Delete the ini file and start the setup again.

    What's your capture board? Dscaler uses it's own drivers to access the card. It could be a hardware problem.
