  1. I've been trying to make a SVCD for years now and I can't make 1 bloody SVCD were the video files DON'T go off the screen. I convert all my files to 480x480, but still only about 2 out of 10 don't go off the screen when I burn them, and watch them on T.V. I even did a preview look with the great "Ulead DvD Factory" SVCD burnding program and it did show that nothing went off the screen, but even when I burned it, they still went off the screen. I convert all of the files with TMPGEmc. It looks ok in every program till I burn and play on T.V. !!WHY!! I don't get it. I use burn option (fullscreen keep aspect ratio 2). This has been a problem for 2 years now, can anyone help me out with this?
If people can help me that would be great!

  2. Overscan, perhaps?
As Churchill famously predicted when Chamberlain returned from Munich proclaiming peace in his time: "You were given the choice between war and dishonor. You chose dishonor, and you will have war."
