I want to create SVCD of 16 mpeg2 videos (480x576, variable bit rate, all created by TMPGEnc, all about 3 - 4 minutes long, sound in sync without problems). I want to join them to single mpeg2 file. Here begin the problems:
- When trying to join in TMPGEnc (simpliest and fastest), higher the clip number, the more the result out of sound sync (clip 16 about one second !). When trying to combine files by two (16->8->4->2->1) the result is better, but still slightly out of sync.
- When trying to use MPEG-VCR 3.0 (by Womble), the sound is sometimes out of sync, sometimes not. But the result need to be reencoded. Not usable for me.
- I tried M2-Edit, but I am not able to start it. Maybe it's because I have only Win98.
Can somebody recommend me some way to do it right ? Thanks.
