    I want to watch Divx files on my TV, I could either use a scan converter, such as this one:

    Or choose a new Video card (i was thinking about the Matrox Millenium series)

    What would be the best choice, bearing in mind that would also like to play the odd game too...

    BTW: The lowest screen res i can get on XP Pro (Geforce2 mx400) is 800 x 600, any way to get it lower? say 640 x 480 or something....
